Maintenance Plans & Contracts (AMC)

Scheduled monthly inspection and basic cleaning according to the agreed scope; check cooling performance, filters, drainage and visible signs of leakage; check indoor/outdoor unit operation and report faults; parts, refrigerant, chemical cleaning and major repairs excluded unless specifically agreed.

Scheduled servicing visits over 12 months based on agreed frequency; periodic inspection of cooling performance, filters, drainage, electrical connections and general condition; maintenance record and recommendations for each visit; any included chemical wash, parts or emergency visits must be specified in the contract.

Monthly scheduled maintenance for offices, shops, restaurants, clinics and commercial premises; inspect and service agreed units; check filters, drainage, accessible coils, cooling performance and visible electrical/mechanical issues; service report with completed work, faults found and recommended actions.

12-month agreement for single or multiple units; monthly, quarterly or other agreed visits depending on equipment and site; unit list, maintenance schedule, service reports and corrective actions; priority response, breakdown visits and parts coverage optional and clearly specified.

Monthly or scheduled preventive maintenance; system inspection, controller/error-code checks, operating-condition review, visual inspection of indoor/outdoor units; specialist troubleshooting and corrective repairs quoted separately unless included in the signed contract; frequency and scope confirmed after site survey and equipment review.

Monthly or scheduled maintenance for commercial chillers, beverage coolers, freezers and refrigeration equipment; check temperature performance, accessible coils, fans, controls, drainage and visible refrigerant/oil leaks; maintenance records and corrective action recommendations; compressor replacement, refrigerant leak repairs, refrigerant and major spare parts excluded unless stated in the contract.
